Biography/Approach

J’ai suivi quelques cours d’art au fil des ans, mais je suis principalement autodidacte. Je peins depuis 12 ans et j’aime participer à des expositions.

Je travaille principalement à l’huile et j’aime me lancer des défis en explorant une grande variété de sujets qui captivent mon attention. Chaque œuvre commence par une esquisse légère, après quoi je pose les formes principales et développe progressivement la toile en me concentrant sur l’équilibre entre la lumière et l’ombre. C’est toujours passionnant de voir où mes idées me mèneront.

I have taken a few art classes over the years but I am mostly a self taught artist. I have been painting for 12 years and enjoy participating in exhibitions.

I work primarily in oil paint and enjoy challenging myself by exploring a wide range of subjects that capture my interest. Each piece begins with a light sketch, after which I block in the main shapes and gradually develop the painting by focusing on the balance of light and shadow. It’s always exciting to see where my ideas will take me.
